thanks brother, just gotta finish strong!

side chest shot, i have a bit of gyno that has me pretty self conscious but there’s nothing I can really do about it now, I hope it won’t affect scoring or anything but it really pisses me off.

and front double bi, only 2 day difference between the two so not much change if any

Legs and arms piss me off, i feel like they’ve lost size, we’ve cut cardio to just 1hr fasted from now on till wednesday, tomorrow will also be my last leg day till the show. Wednesday will be the last day of training and cardio.

Looking awesome man, cant wait to see your final show photos. Your lats from the front are really great, they have that flare so many of us are going for.

Thanks Lonnie, i cant believe its almost here, im actually really excited. Im checking in with shelby again tomorrow and he will have a protocol for me. Ill keep you guys up to date.

189.8lbs today

187.8lbs today. Getting a little refeed tonight. 300g carbs 50g protein and 50g fats. Ill make sure to post pics of food and pics of me the day after lol. So excited lol.

Round 1! Doesnt look super amazing but damn that was delicious and filling.

And i have these treats waiting for me at home

Sweet potato fries and arctic zero cookie shake flavor( lower calorie alternative to ice cream)

And between round 1 and round 2 i devoured this 4oz chicken breast salad with assorted veggies and walden farms chipoltle ranch dressing. So good.

Can’t wait to see your outcome bro!

Damn I love looking at food -lol.

I used to cruise the aisles at the supermarket when I was dieting for contests and just take it all in. I’d imagine myself as a shark, just planning the carnage to come.

lmao that’s exactly what i do hahaha i can’t fuckin wait. I’m curious, how many days if any do you give yourself to just eat whatever you want whenever you want? I want to enjoy myself but at the same time I want to have a really good rebound with minimal fat gain.

thanks buddy! right back at ya, you’re lookin good especially your back, looks dry and lean as hell, keep pushin

little update from today, holy shit striations were popping everywhere after that carb up today at the gym, i felt a lot leaner but im up 3.4 lbs. from im assuming glycogen obviously. Feeling pretty decent, I wish I had a better camera I fuckin hate this pos, I look a lot leaner in person in my opinion and legs keep getting washed out in the photos but oh well.

Dude, you are looking lean in these last two photos, despite what you may think. The gyno isn’t apparent in the latest shot either. When is the show? You look almost ready.

My usual approach would be to have whatever I want the night of the show. The next day, I would have a monstrous breakfast, and successively smaller (and less insane) meals as the day went on, until my last meal which was typically a lot more “normal”.

The folliowing day, usually a Monday following a Saturday contest, I would go back to the diet plan I had been following 2 weeks earlier, and ride that through the week. That would usually bring my insanely bloated post contest weight back into better place, and allow my sanity to return a bit.
