I recently tried to get my diet back on its game after kind of slacking off for the beginning of the summer. After just starting to eat more though I feel like im eating to much in terms of frequency and feel like gross full most of the time. On the whole though how is this diet?
morning/930:
fish oil,multi vitamin
half cup of oats
4 egg whites cooked in an omelet with:
half a lean turkey burger
usually some chicken or ground meat
piece of fruit usually orange or apple
workout:
usually bottled isopure
post workout/11:30:
1 cup of oats
banana
g2
2 scoops whey protein
half cup of cottage cheese
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1:30 :
fish oil
Can of tuna fish plain
piece of grilled chicken
other half of the turkey burger
330:
4 egg whites
half a hamburger
sliced turkey
all thrown in an omelette
5:30
2 scoops of whey protein with low fat milk blended
7:30
fish oil
2 pieces of grilled chicken with steamed brocoli
11:00
cottage cheese
usually i down about 3 gallons of water a day, idk why I just love it.
What are you going for? Putt weight on or trying to loose it?
Im going to guess your trying to get the Fat down. I would say it dosent look to me like a gross amount but Its hard to go back to eating 6-8 times a day when youve only been eating 2-3 times a day.
I think you’ll get used to it. How long have you been avoiding carbs?
I just started myself a week ago, and with all the extra meat/mixed nuts/cottage cheese I’ve had to throw into my diet to replace the calories from carbs I often feel like I couldn’t eat again for the rest of the day…fortunately this feeling seems to be more rare day by day.
i was trying to lose which was why I havent been eating much carbs except for pre and post workout and some vegetables with dinner. Now I’m trying to make the transition into maintenance by eating a little more each week, but i feel like theres no point in adding more protein because there is more than enough so i might add some more carbs in around 330 and also some good fats.
