Eating Plan for a Working, Training Single Mom

Hi beautiful people, ive just joined, and would very much appreciate your help. I am a divorced mom, that works full day, ive been doing mma for 2 years and have recently taken up jiu-jitsu a few weeks ago. Pulled my achillies tendon 2 weeks ago, so haven’t been able to run or train anything other than bjj. Have give from 58kg to 69kg in a year!

Injections now for insulin resistance and eltroxin. I now have no idea what eating plan to follow, between school runs, work and my own training i need to prep over weekends, or quickly. So im basically needing help with an eating plan that will get rid of the extra weight im carrying. Thank you kindly

TNer soccerdad has had fantastic success in transforming his physique, and he preps his meals for the week on the weekend in the manner you mention. You might consider visiting his thread and asking him about the logistics of doing so (he’s always very forthcoming and helpful when asked about his diet/training).

You’re welcome Leighleigh. But just to be clear, that’s not my thread I referred you to; rather, it is that of a highly accomplished physique competitor who prepares his meals on a weekly basis. I thought he might have some practical advice/info you could use.

As for me, I do have a thread (in the Bigger Stronger Leaner subforum), but I’m afraid it doesn’t contain much info regarding your question about meal prep. But please do stop by sometime if you have a chance! Best of luck reaching your goals.
