Eating my boots

Okay, you guys have answered my questions on how to rearrange my workouts around a 60 hour M-F construction job. Now I have a new question:

What can i do to help eat enough???

I already take chicken breast sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, and thats about it. i was thinking i could take like a gallon of ice cold mixed protein shake to work. What do you guys think?

Yes, a big-ass jug full of a shake that you could gulp down whenever you’re near it would be ideal.

Keep putting away those calories however you can manage.

i will second the “big ass jug”. i guess i will second big ass jugs too.
anyway, i used to make a 3000kcal p+c shake and the rule was: its gotta be gone before bed. its a great way to get in the groove of eating all the time. there were a coulple of nights where i slacked off and there i am, 11pm, staring at this 3/4s of gallon of oatmeal/fatfree milk/whey protein. and im thinking… shit… and i drink the whole thing and teach myself a lesson. that lesson is: make it happen.
go for the big ass jug.

Other ideas are shakers full of protein. Suck em down when everyone goes on smoke breaks!!! ALso, toss a few Grow bars or whatever into your pockets or jacket and suck them down. Make things that are easy to eat quick. It really helps.

Beef Jerky and nuts. Very simple, keep them in your pockets and you don’t even need to take a break to get at them.
