You aren’t cut out for this if all you care about is some meaningless diabetes when eating carrots. Life is short and your goal SHOULD be to get HUGE otherwise I don’t know what you are doing on a bodybuilding website.
To answer your question. Yes, Carrots are a great way to dirty bulk and put on the mass broooo. They should be a staple in every bodybuilders diet.

Even frozen carrottzzzz?[/quote]
YES. But be careful as I’ve heard stories of the top pros go overboard with the frozen ones during their dirty bulk. I’m pretty sure I heard Kai Greene couldn’t win the Olympia this year because he ate too many frozen carrotzzz this past off-season and came in too smooth. Go figure…
Frozen pizza is pretty shit here in norway, so i can’t even imagine how much crap they put in it over there.
Its america, so they probably add a shitload of fructose.
Its frozen so they probably take out as much fiber as they can.
Its cheap so its probably filled with rapeseed oil and transfats.
it tastes way better when you make it yourself anyway, so why not just make it yourself?

just so it is said, even though you probably already know, in a lot of cases where both isssues occur usually it’s an underactive thyorid that causes low test levels
i’ve (unfortunately) had to work with a hollistic doc, who had me pounding different supps for months on end. any way, there are a few things i’ve found that can help…
I am actaully unable to PM people for some reason. Had this problem for a couple months and still not fixed. Even posted in the technical support forum
