Be more specific.
LOL[/quote]
that was solely directed at you. just saying. i mean i was tired of this by page three where the consensus was found
no pizza EVERY DAY isnt the greatest food health wise but it wont kill you either. it probably is BETTER to get same macros from higher quality sources but if, because of money, that’s the best you can so be it FOR NOW.

I eat cap’n crunch, pizza, burritos, cheese steaks, mcdonalds atleast once a week. As far as the capn curnch goes…thats almost every training day.
My physique is not impressive, I’m not “big” …but, I have good strength for my weight and I’m relatively lean. I know plenty of people that eat the food I described far more often than I, even, and they are leaner and bigger than me…
Not to be a dick…but, you don’t appear to be very lean and you are arguing against these foods…

i’m not sure if that was sarcastic or serious… but im thinking serious
you’d be surprised how hard it is to find a decent endo or internist let alone one that will treat an 18/19 old
edit: i was just bitching ![]()
Why would I be sarcastic about hypothyroidism? I hope you get that worked out.

all good. my mother’s side of the family is prone to it (3 out of 4 sisters have it) although they werent diagnosed until their 40’s
i’m pretty sure i would have got diagnosed later in life but i sped up the process due to stupidly long very low calorie, low carb dieting.
I was sure we had enough bs to last at least 10 pages.
I was hoping this thread would go for 15 at least.
MAF hope you get that worked out i have the same. ANd hypogonadism. It is certianly tough to find a good doc. Thank god i finally found one. 5 docs it took.
