Attention = fame = money.
I heard on the radio the other day that the cast of Jersey Shore will earn millions this year just for being famous. Though I don’t know what kind of events Wilford Brimley would be paid to show up at.

@MAF yes i get them. Thanks i might end up contactign you after my next doctors visit.
@Greg: agreed there but sometimes it impractical (at least for me) to get pizza from a restaurant because its 40min away and i am not always in the mood to make one.
When I went to Iraq, I had the luxury of being on a logistics base and having a nice gym and chow hall. My meal was the same every day except for wednesdays, and it included small personal pizzas.
Wakeup - No Xplode, Nitrix, GNC vitamins
Workout for 1.5-2 hours
Breakfast (postworkout) - Breakfast burrito (cheese, egg, salsa)X2, hash brownsX2
Mid morning - Whey 24g protein
Lunch - Personal Pizza, gigantic mountain of a salad with (lettuce, shredded cheese, 2 cups of cottage cheese, black olives, ranch dressing).
Afternoon Snack - Whey 24 g protein
Dinner - Personal Pizza, gigantic mountain of a salad with (lettuce, shredded cheese, 2 cups of cottage cheese, black olives, ranch dressing).
Though I’m not using this, nor am I as disciplined in the states as I was in Iraq, I figured the proteins and huge salads made up for the unhealthy-ness of it all. I saw great results from it, I leaned out and gained some muscles as well.

if you’re going to get pizza you might as well get a real pizza and not a frozen one. They just dont taste as good. No one can argue with that.[/quote]
They do when you’re brain is cloudy if you know what I mean.
