Eating Frozen Pizzas Daily?

I bet I could eat hot dogs daily and not gain any fat…
Don’t you guys know what training intensity is?
Damn…

Or, am I simply blinded by my youth?
I don’t think I am.
If you’re getting in plenty of good sources of meat, fruits, and veggies, I really don’t see a pizza being detrimental to your goals, even on a daily basis. If you’re training with enough focus, as well as getting plenty of other healthy nutrients, a pizza can be your best friend, especially if you’re a young kid like me with a metabolism like a geeked up jackrabbit.

Are we talking about health?
Or performance?
Or appearance?

That’s kinda a big deal too.
Everyone’s goals are EXTREMELY different.
Naturally their food selection should reflect their goal.

If you want to be huge, eat the pizza.
If you want to have eight pack abs, probably don’t eat the pizza.
If you have a history of cardiac issues, ya, maybe avoid the damn pizza.
Everyone is different, so speaking in absolutes is an exercise in futility.

Look at the ingredients in MD bars. Partially hydrogenated oils and what not are used in those “health bars”

That’s the problem. Most don’t train with that much intensity. That is why they don’t understand the concept of someone eating crap all day but making way more progress than they are.

No one said that was “ideal”…just that yeah, for some people it works.

I mean, this is about progress after all, right?

The guy who makes the most wins. LOL

I mean, ANYTHING in excess can fuck you up, so what in ONE pizza is hurting you?

nothing, OP was talking about everday, ONE everyday surely is not going to benefit your health
Didn’t ask that. I asked HOW these ingredients are harming you specifically.

The answer is, they aren’t. If you have to use massive amounts to describe detriment, then the key is to do things in moderation, not act like it will kill you. Even during times that I did eat more crap, it was a means to an end, not some ongoing ignorance of all health factors and it wasn’t some uncontrolled binge eating. It was eating with a purpose and watching my strength and size go up.

Not much of a point against it if it worked.

do you guys honestly not get tired of this shit?

Be more specific.

LOL

as stated before, I thought that too, but that is only in the cookie dough bars.

that being said, while the chocolate chunk taste great, the cookie dough ones are a great change of flavor sometimes.

No, no, no.

Only binary thinking in this thread.

You’re either eating BOXES of bars EVERYDAY or NEVER eating them.

Certainly, absolutely no one here is capable of moderation or judgement based on goals/results.

actually, I only eat the box itself, ya know for the unprocessed carbs

If Biotest would make goddamn frozen pizza flavored protein powder this thread would never exist.

I guess this has to be said again– nobody here is advocating eating frozen pizza every single day.
Let’s get back to the original question, which is it okay to have frozen pizza every day. Tell you what, if that’s what you think is going to give you the results you want, go for it. You can’t argue with results!
And no, I didn’t major in math! lol

BONEZ217…that’s classic!

OK, so OP is eating like this for reasons of cost. Do you have a better alternative that costs the same. My suggestion was to hit the meat counter and get the stuff on sale. That is still a little more expensive though.

I understand…I was a college student and back then I at a lot of pasta, chicken, and yes, pizza!

Same here, but I was hoping someone could provide practical cost effective alternatives, rather than have more discussion of good vs bad.

I think the more important questions is…

Does any one give a fuck if the OP eats frozen pizza everyday?

Sure-- get yourself some bread. Put some cheese on it. Maybe some tomoato… Maybe add some kind of meat— Oh, wait… nevermind.

No, really-- hamburger

Dude, I said that once and they acted like I was making everyone obese for several years afterwards.

The funny thing is, several years later, most of those people either haven’t grown much or they regressed.

I honestly don’t give a shit how great someone thinks their diet is if the muscle isn’t coming with it.
