Eating Frozen Pizzas Daily?

This thread is full of crap.

Seriously.

Are people really comparing eating pizza with eating meat?

It’s apples and oranges.

Pizza to a loaded baked potato is a valid comparison, but meat and pizza? Useless.

If you dont care about body comp, eat 1300 calories frozen pizza every day. If you do care about body comp, eat like an adult. Pretty simple stuff.

Further, if money is an issue and you feel forced to buy pizza instead of whatever cut of meat AND are buying MAG-10 and Anaconda, youre an idiot.

any macro can make you fat…

If you eat more protein, your body will just burn more protein and less fat…so, the body ends up storing the fat regardless…

you can’t win!
Well no, since the body can excrete excess amino acids, so excess protein doesn’t necessarily turn to fat.

Mind you, I pretty much disagree with everything in this thread, so I think I’ll leave now.

Hmm do you think pizza is acceptable to eat for people trying to gain lean muscle?

this IS a joke, right…

I ate tons of pizza, tacos, hot wings and hamburgers in college. I also didn’t have a car, rode a bike everywhere and was in the gym 5 days a week (closed on weekends). I made great progress. I also gained some body fat. What I didn’t do was mix up in my own head what the goal was or how I was trying to reach it.

Were there times I gained too much fat or ate too much crap? Hell yeah.

Bottom line is, this is about results and your own personal goals and your own personal metabolism.

the truth is, many huge guys bulked up dirty at some points in their lives. Ced Mcmillan wrote that specifically.

Just know the difference between that and really honing how you look.

If you have great genetics, you can get away with more crap. That’s just the truth. All else is largely bullshit and bias.

Addition: If I could have afforded to eat like I do now, I would have. If I would have known what foods worked best for me…I would have eaten them.

But the truth is, it took time for me to find this shit out…and I would like to think I had a head start in figuring it out by finding out what my personal dietary limits are.

I now know what will get me real fat. I know I can eat certain things others can’t throughout the week and still lose body fat.

What I don’t like lately are the carbon copy responses when it comes to food intake. Someone mentions pizza and they get bum-rushed by an entire board filled with people who apparently know exactly how someone else should eat at all meals.

This whole effort is about learning more about yourself…and the guys always playing it safe will no doubt learn less in the long run.

Damn, dude, this thread is about PIZZA.

^My bad. My keyboard translator is broken.

I’m not trying to turn this into a religious debate or anything, but Pizza (always capitalize) is a gift from the heavens.

If ProfX says not to eat it you know its bad. Sometimes I think he’d eat bloodmeal to gain muscle.

OP: if you’re gonna be lazy, go get a crockpot for $15, then buy the cheapest chicken at the meat counter. It just takes 2 min in the morning and you get a decent meal that evening. For not very much more you can eat a lot healthier. I can remember shooting rabbits in the backyard when I was poor in college. Find a friend that hunts and have him take you. Good way to get a lot of meat

people will find anyway to justify eating garbage.

I disaggree with almost all of this thread. Im going to leave it at that, people are too sensitve here for me to argue about this.

pics of OP?

actually eating frozen pizza is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE for you. Remember…it’s not real food…it’s processed food. Lots of fillers and garbage really. What you should be looking at on the back is the sodium content. Depending on the brand…a full pizza to yourself is usually well over the amount of sodium you’re supposed to be ingesting in a day. Keep this up and you could probably almost guarantee a stroke at a younger age. My roommate has been eating frozen pizza everyday since i’ve moved in here, i asked him why…to which my reply was that it’s soooooo cheap. So are vegetables I explained…and vegetables have more fiber and vit/min than that garbage you’ve been eating. Then he replies…yea, but i’m lazy. Laziness is what a lot of you guys need to shake away from…if you’re sitting at home with nothing to do, cook some REAL food. It really doesn’t take that long. Also, this isn’t just true for frozen pizza. Look at any canned, or frozen stuff that should be perishable (refried beans, camp bells soup, frozen burritos, any frozen dinner, etc) and you’ll see how little consumption of the product it takes for you to reach the recommended amount of sodium. Hopefully all of you get off of eating processed SHIT everyday. I’m in the process right now, and while i’ll admit, it’s not easy but it’s something that needs to be taken out of my (or any other person’s) diet to keep a healthy heart, and to reduce the amount of toxins in your body which would lead to a healthier life.
Post pics.

I just don’t understand the binary thinking in these threads.

It’s either frozen pizza every day or frozen pizza never.

My lifts are up, my weight is down, today is ‘eat whatever the Hell I want’ day.

Guess who’s gonna have some pizza?

<<— This guy is.

I LOL at the sodium content remarks. You should see how much salt skip la cour would take in in a day, he added a lot of salt to everything and ate a very large volume of food in one day, lots of meals with lots of salt and big bags of lettuce multiple times a day with a lot of salt.

if people saw what i ate in my cutting phase right now every day every meal their eyes would melt off
