Eating Before Bed

Beef is the best thing you can eat an hour before retiring.
Agreed. Last night I had 1/2 ground beef and mixed in black olives, garlic, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and one tablespoon avocado oil. It was yummy.

Ok, so clearly in Friedrice’s case, he needs to install a conveyer belt of cheeseburgers and milk shakes straight to his mouth. I don’t know that I deserved to get called a dumbass for not knowing that. Still, different people have different goals.
Yes, you do deserve the dumbass comment. You threw the stock answer that “Everyone has different goals.” It’s a claptrap stupid people use to make themselves look informed.

The OP has an eating disorder. You did not know this. Yet you interjected yourself into the conversation. Why?

Because you are a dumbass.

It doesn’t matter at what time you eat.
Your body doesn’t tell the difference.

It only matters the total amount of calories thruout the entire day.

This is kind of a ridiculous post. Total calories matter, yeah, but timing is also important. I would think that for an optimally functioning metabolism, it would be best to try to (as much as possible) spread the total calories evenly amongst 5-7 meals.

Not to be sarcastic or disrespectful or anything of the sorts…but that 6lbs was real tough for me =/

I actually broke down multiple times, just wanting to give up on life because I felt like I didn’t deserve to live because I was so unnatractive and flabby. However, now I am starting to get over it and want to continue to get healthier.

ANYWAYS, I do appreciate all that you’ve guys done for me and what not. You might not realize but if it weren’t for all of your persistency, I’d probably be dead or close to it right now.
You should consider changing your user name from friedrice683 to grilledmeat911.

Quick update for friedrice: I didn’t get fat, so i upped it to 7 english muffins, and added strawberry jam to the ones which previously had not but peanut butter.

What does it take to get a man fat around here, jeeeeeesus.

How have you been doing friedrice? After the vaunted grocery shopping trip i’d hope you managed to find something edible.

Continue eatin and seeing your psychiatrist. If you want to increase your calories to your late night meal, this is what I eat:
1 Cups Cottage Cheese
1 scoop chocolate whey
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp olive oil
