Eat Shitty Food and Lose Fat

There was an article posted a while ago which boasted “eat like shit and lose fat.” I’m relatively certain it was a Chad Waterbury workout. I have spent the past two hours trying to find this. So far, I suck at internet research.

I’m trying to get a quick-and-easy program for my boss so she’ll quit bugging me to “help her out.” I told her I don’t give “advice,” and I don’t train for free. SO, this was the compromise was came to.

Could my T-Brothers help me out?

Give her an extremely tough protocol to follow: go nuts with it…lifting, cardio , diet the whole bagful…then when she decides against it because it’s too hard you can relax. On the off chance she follows it…you look great because your advice helped her. (Win Win)
