You mean this guy wasn’t under oath?
It should be a new prerequisite, exclusively for bodybuilding interviews.
That or have White Flash interview them ![]()
Bets he gets his ass knocked out ?

Because HE IS LYING. He’s not confused as to how much or what he eats, or how much he lifts on what, he’s point blank making shit up. And, when you make absurd claims like that people are gonna call you out on it. From the tone of his voice it sounded like Palumbo didn’t belive him either. I’m not trying to “discredit” him, I’m pointing out the nonsense coming out of his mouth while apperantly offending the fanboys clinging to his 370 lb preacher curling arms.
…but the only people looking like tools here…are the people that give a shit this much. This man has achieved more than me or you. How about putting more effort into closing that gap rather than worrying about how many fucking times a day he says he eats.
If he did post a video of him doing 370lbs cheat preacher curls, you would simply call BS and claim it wasn’t a complete lift. There is no winning with people like you.
You focus on faults. The rest of us focus on what he did RIGHT.
You don’t know me well enough to make a claim like that. If I saw a video with the people who put up the money there watching it I’d gladly eat my words. I’m not focusing on faults, I’m pointing out bullshit. Huge difference.
No difference at all. You don’t seem to be noticing that this guy is actually bigger than many pro bodybuilders who have been at it for a decade…and he has never competed before.
Your entire focus is on how he said he eats once a day if he’s lucky and how much he can fucking curl.
I don’t give a shit how much he can curl specifically. What I did take away from it is to stop fearing longer workouts (in excess of one hour) as long as I am eating enough to support it.
Whereas focusing on that might have actually gotten something positive from this thread, we instead get to watch as you go off again and again about how he’s “lying”…as if you would be such a great interview if someone jumped you without you being prepared.
Most of the people in this thread trying to call him out would look like complete morons on film if someone ran up to them out of the blue and just started filming and asking questions.[/quote]
I have no idea if I’d be a great [or even good] interview, but I’ve been on camera a handfull of times, and I didn’t lie to add to “my legend”. For the record, he was prepared. He knew Palumbo was coming and still tossed sillyness at the camera. Whatever. The facts are we’re still arguing about a relative unknown, and he could give two shits about me so he’s gotta be doing something right. My whole thing is why lie? If you’re that big you’re one of maybe a handful of people on the planet that can achieve that level of size/symmetry anyway, so why bullshit to make yourself seem better?

Bet dollars to donuts I wouldn’t homeboy.

Malcolm Marshall (aka House Shaka) http://www.houseshaka.com/ doing 500lbs bench press for 5 reps after doing 2 other exercises at a body weight of 315lbs at 6’1".
Max Charles is actually shorter meaning he is carrying more overall muscle mass at near the same weight in the off season.

Lie about what?
When did he say my routine is one meal a day, he said I’m LUCKY if I eat more than one meal a day then preceded to say he might eat beans n rice in the morning beans n rice for lunch and beans n rice for dinner with a little chicken. That’s beans rice and chicken–carbs, fats, proteins. Some days less some days more… He basicly implied that it’s not what he focuses on because he doesn’ t have to.
Or do you think he’s lying and really sneaks in 3 protein shakes?
Or are you saying he’s lying and that a 300lbs guy can’t bench 500 lbs 8 times. Have you seen bench press records yet? they’re well over 600 if your benching well over 600 you can do 500 a few times.
Or are you saying he’s lying and he’s really not a genetic freak? Nothing wrong with that your jsut saying all of us can be like that and we need to busts our asses in the gym.
You go do 4/5 days of 3 hour workouts and we’ll be on here saying your lying too

I would never want to be this guy, he can only bench about twice his body weight. I would much rather diet down to 150 and be able to bench 350. That’s some relative strength right there.

The bad thing is some people really think like that. It’s a weird world when someone who weighs over 300lbs lean at 6 feet tall is actually seen as too weak to ever bench 500lbs for reps.
In fact, are there even guys at around that height and that weight who CAN’T bench 500lbs or damn close to it?

I don’t necessarily think he hates bodybuilders, but he seems to be in a direction of more mainstream fitness and lifting (staying lean and gaining some mass but not trying to get up to 250 anytime soon).

He does. It shines very clearly to anyone paying attention to it.
