55 minutes vinyasa yoga.
Great workout on my deck.
This has probably helped my squat,DL as much as any other movement ( GMs, Zercher) with a way easier recovery. Also not bad for general conditioning to get the HR up. Easy to do at home, great way to get outside and sweat.

Going to go back to my squat, BP, DL, Press , routine in August. Going to get some gentle maxes to help determine training. Goals will be the same to hit 300,400,500 again sometime end of next winter

I’d like to still hit for a single or a double, not using a rep calculator. Once a year , for those numbers.
I view my training year as starting late summer.
I’ll work up to them , then back off.
I did very little sled and strongman type work this spring and summer. More yoga ( particularly Vinyasa flow type yoga) and bodyweight training. It was fun and still got me outside.
A little flexibility in my training plans keeps things fresh for me.
