DZs Summer Log

Had a new roof put on the house Friday and Saturday, so I spent the weekend filling the dumpster the rest of the way before it gets hauled away.

More GPP today
8 Sets(64 flips) tire flipping.
8 more sets cinder blocks

Summer log. I wish summer would come here. Sounds like you’ve been very busy. Stay strong Bro!

Yea, I think we may have finally turned the corner on Winter. I actually had to run the mower this past weekend. I don’t have nearly enough wood split yet though.

Today
GMs
1x10xbar
1x8x95
1x4x135
1x4x185
3x4x225

Bent Over Rows
5x5x175

One Arm DB Rows
3x8x80

Rope Pulldowns
3x10x160

Ab Pulldowns
3x10x90

Nice GM’s DZ, 225 would snap me in half.

Good work DZ. You havent missed a lick.

Tire

Tire 2

Tire 3

Tire 4

30 minutes of GPP, tire flipping today. First two sets were without gloves, but the grass was wet and made for no grip so I put on some gloves.

An even 100 flips.

Impressive calves there on the last pic, DZ. Do your neighbors give you looks when you flip tires?

DZ nice work that is a sick ammount of tire flips!

your looking good too, pretty massive.

I was thinking of you while moving a bunch of cinder blocks the other day…

Thank You sfp. I see folks watching me as they drive by in their cars. But I’ve had it for a while, my immediate neighbors are used to me now. I was walking my girls around the neighborhood looking at yard sales recently and we stopped at this house about two blocks away. The guy that lived there, out of the blue, started asking me about my tire. That was kind of weird.

Thanks kmc. It’s kind of funny, now when I see some blocks laying around, I’m wondering if I can use them for something. I found a tire from my old 4x4 Ranger that will be a good dragging sled. That’s my next yard toy project, when I get the hardware I’ll need.

Awefully nice looking weather there DZ. Now I’m jealous. Great work with the tire, I find it easy to belief you are a regular dinner conversation topic (that great big dude with the tire) around the neighborhood.

Keep up the great work, I always great to be able to workout outdoors. I totally enjoy all the fresh air and sunshine. Just makes my day! Stay strong brother.

Ok, there’s gotta be a story behind ‘a man in Michigan with a Rams T-Shirt on’… What’s the connection DZ?

I actually wondered if anyone would catch that. I’ve lived all over the Mid-West, St. Louis, KC, Chicago, and still have family in all these places. The T-shirt is from the 2001 St.Louis Rams Super Bowl season, someone gave it to me.

Oh…you can’t see it of course, but the hat is an LA Lakers hat. Lived, and met my wife out there. I’m still a fan of all the sports team in all the cities I’ve lived in, well, except the Lions. I’m a Bears fan, and you CANNOT be both.

I am very jealous of your tire there DZ.

My wife would stroke if I tried to put one in our yard.

I’m thinking I need to either take it to the backyard, or out to the street. It’s tearing up the wet grass pretty fast.
