good luck with that. i saw an ortho-pod yesterday, and he said i need to get my knee replaced.
it will be years before they find the body

Good luck at the Doc’s
It was an uneventful visit. They took a couple of worthless X-rays, and told me they don’t show anything, and scheduled an MRI for next week.
screw 'em. pick up something a little less heavy and carry it around the yard.

Those frog squats look easy, but after about 15 reps they burn.
Have problems getting under the bar, too. Mines got a little better but it ain’t never goin be easy. Your workouts are looking great. Don’t worry about the neighbors. I’ve caught mine looking over the fence when I’m throwing.
nice deads, DZ. Mine feel heavy all the time.
You and Heavythrower both train so well around injuries. I hope the MRI gives some answers. Do you have access to a safety squat bar or top squat attachment? That would really help the shoulder with squats.
Funny, I was thinking the same thing as Eco, SSB is great for getting some squatting in w/o the shoulder wear and tear.
Thanks guys! MRI was yesterday, follow up app. next Monday. I was thinking the same thing the other day about the safety bar, but our gym doesn’t have one. I think I’ll add that to the list of things we want to see when he buys some new equipment. The owner has asked for suggestions what we’d like to see. I asked for a new/ better squat rack, and a GHR.
