to any specialist, i was told and i read somewhere that dynamic days are best suited if your moving really big weight.
here my stats (personnal record)
Deadlifts 315x5 (sumo stance)
box squat 365x1
bench press 265x2
im 6 feets and at 188
So the question would be if its a good idea for me to introduce de days to improve my bench and squat or i will waste my time. Also never perfomed de days so anyone with a good link or video is more then welcome.
thanks
I’d suggest pick the Westside for Skinny Bastards program you like the best and do exactly what it says.

That the programm i doing but with those template
max upper
max lower
rep upper
and 4th days is either extra arms works, shoulder, calves
and i was wondering if dynamic day would be a good idea??
look for ws4sb III
It includes a dynamic lower day.
From what I read in the WSFSB article dynamic days work best for experienced athletes. Less experienced athletes need more volume to grow.
