Dvd For Learning Olympic Lifting?

I have a pretty good idea on how the lifts are performed(read explosive lifting for sports already), but I hear getting an actual dvd from a strength coach and learning is probably easier for visualizing the movement as well.

I am torn between the iron mind dvd by jim schmidtz or Dan John’s from the ground up. I hear both dvds are good, but the latter is only 35 min and it makes me wonder if spending 45 bucks on it is worth the cash compared to the ironmind dvd that is over 2.5 hr long and comes with a manual?

Just looking for opinions and reviews.

Thanks,

Aaron
