Doing tall cleans/cleans from the high hip to work on getting the bar faster and pulling myself under. Added 10# after a very easy set and on the first attempt I either gripped the bar too hard or somehow pulled my chest into it because it didn’t rotate properly and ended up dumping 215# onto my knee caps. I’ve been worried about this happening when aggressively diving under the bar and it finally did.
Both knees are swelling up and I’m worried that I’ve chipped my kneecap(s) or injured tendons or ligaments. I think I’m done attempting the full lifts after this injury.
