Hi hope training is going good everyone. I’m sure everyone is struggling due to lockdown like me. I have managed to get my hands.on some adjustable dumbells that go upto 40kg each and a flat bench. I was wondering if anyone has similar equipment that has a program that is working for them to add some decent size or if anyone can point me in the right direction of a good solid simple program that works.
