Dumbbell clean catch form

Any tips on improving the catch portion.
I know I’m swinging the weight up a bit.
My grip has improved a lot though.

Well, more acceleration on the pull? Then dip your body down farther as you rotate your wrists for the catch. Be careful though I usually do not know :poop:. Here is one of my heroes from my wonder years, Vassily Alexeev, completing a record clean and jerk. With a barbell of course.
