Dumbass Exercise Question

Ok, I am a dumbass but I need some help with my routine (I am going to try one of Tim’s split) I need a couple of exercises for the following parts:

Medial delts
Posterior delts
Lower back
Hamstring

The only dumb question is one that isn’t asked. Standing dumbell or cable side laterals usually work well for medial delts for more isolation you can do them seated. Reverse dumbell or cable laterals should work well for the posterior delts you can do these seated as well or you may want to try doing them on a incline bench that is adjusted all the way down. Reverse hyper extensions and stiff legged deadlifts with a narrow stance and toes pointed inwards should work well for the low back and hamstrings.

also you can kill 2 birds with one stone (hamstrings and lower back) by doing all the good morning forms… poliquin liked them a bit and i know westside is a huge proponent for them… i am gonna add them to my routine soon
