And probably positioning/the weight is too heavy or you were too fatigued. Was it like the chin area? I feel thatâs more tricep and shoulders or you werenât bracing your whole body properly and you got out of groove. Nose/forehead and above is more upper back and core.

I wouldnât say shoulder issues, but certainly spinning the ever living fuck out of your wheels. But youâre older than me and probably have a better idea of what starts to happen to your body in your mid-late twenties and so on after being a dick to your body for years.

From grinding up ugly RMs on OHP? Shoulder problems for sure but also a lot of lower-back hyperextension issues too.

My $20 belt does half the job but just playing with some of the communal belts (no guinea pig size belt unfortunately leaving me with a 2 foot belt boner) at Iron Revolution makes me want a half decent belt.
Maybe like around $100 like the economy lifting belt off Loaded Lifting. Heard it feels like an Inzer at half the price
