So im still sick :rage: this has really set me back i eas hoping to smith machine front squat 100×10 this week and i would have but now itl probably take me two more weeks . I hope I haven’t lost alot of strength. The hardest part is eating food whilst sick but iv been forcing myself to and sticking sticky notes in my room that say eat food to motivate myself to eat.

I think its a cold but i dont know i have a blocked nose and feel yuck just in general and weak

Have you been eating enough recently? Calorie and vegetable/fruit wise?

Personally I haven’t been sick in three or four years (as far as I remember), and I’d say that has a lot to do with the fact that I’ve been pounding down food

A light walk could help too, just get some fresh air

Yes its just the cold and not covering up properly aka wearing shorts in a shirt when i should some days at least wear pants. The sickness has been going around town though i think

I’m guilty of doing that as well, going out in shorts and a t-shirt when it’s -25℃ outside, never got sick though

Fail i kept tryna put the dumbell in between my legs but it was to big and i need big dumbells because i have decentish grip strength and was trying out stuff to build grip.

Rower machine 20 seconds on 10 seconds off ×10 rounds yeah im really unfit this killed my glutes .
Gonna be foing cardio everytime i trainfrom now on because idk being fit is good

Have you tried it with your chest supported on a low Incline Bench?

I like this row variation from John Meadows. Go light and ensure you initiate the movement with lats and they work great. Normal t bar row is up there as one of my favourites also.

Thanks @kd13 unfortunately i only have access to dumbells, a smith machine , a low row machine, pulldown machine for back so i have to make use of what i got.

That makes it even better
