Upper 2:
Chinups weighted 4 sets 5 4kg
Chest supported row 22.5kg per hand
Low row 13/20 3 sets 10
15 Degree dumbell incline bench25kg per hand 3 sets of 10
30 degree dumbell incline 22.5kg per hand
Seated shoulder press 4 sets 10 20kg per hand

And im switching back to my monday tuesday thiesday friday instead of sunday monday wednesday Thursday because of availability of access to the gym.
Anyways wasnt to haopy today my left arm tricep and shoulder and chest is alot weaker then my left, when i do benching and shoulder pressing my left side gives out whilst my right side can do atleast foue more reps.
In my seated shoulder press i couldnt even get the dumbell up on my third set with my left arm but i could easily with my right. So shit all reps today for shoulders. And with dumbell bench my right pec manages to get the weight up but my left side barely does .

So i was thinking for three weeks i should just train my left and that should catch up strength and whilst of course since im right handed my right side is going to be stronger its annoying that my right pec is immensely bigger and my left arm is alot weaker.

And im ditching flat bench because i have barely any upper chest and i have mid chest developed but since i dont have much upper pec it makes me look like i have a 5 year olds chest

Don’t do this. Just workout until the one arm quits. They will catch up quickly. The only reason I would do something like this would be due to an injury.

Don’t ā€˜major in the minors’. I think your chest imbalance is the LAST thing you should be worrying about right now. Stick to a training plan, eat and rest for the plan. Then you can start thinking about addressing ā€˜weaknesses’ in 12 months from now once you have a much more solid base.

Thanks man, im just scared that in say twelve months i have double the right pec mass than the left or some horrific thing likethat lol(im very paranoid) :joy:

I needa start drinking more water and getting quality sleep. So il be turning off my phone and reading for 1 hour before bed and il be going to sleep at 10 and i wake up at 7 so that gives me 9 hours.

I usually get about 7 hours sleep and i wake up alot

Was bored so did one half of tomorrows workout : Flat bench 4 sets 10 25kg per hand
Incline 30 degrees 22.5kg per hand
Standing shoulder press 17.5kg per hand
Side raises
Skullcrushers

Do a metric shit-ton of calf raises both standing and seated. Squeeze hard at the top for a second or two, pause at the bottom for a second or two. Do them every time you train, try to get 100 reps out a day.

Chest supported row 3 sets 10 22.5kg im ditching these for one arm dumbell rows. The dumbell hits the bench and the size pf the dumbell limits my ROM for the chest row and it isnt effective like how it used to be.
Low row 3 sets 10 13/20

Im going to start doing low row for higher reps and focussing on a good squeeze. I just bang out the reps usually.
Actually i needa start focusing on the muscle im using in all my exercises. When i do dumbell bench press i just do the exercise and dont focus my mind on the pecs. Etc

Warmup incline treadmill
Band pull aparts
Kettlebell clean and press few sets per arm
Standing long jump Ɨ4
Bodyweight lunges
Calf raises 100 reps
Smith squat 4 sets 10 80kg
Lunges 3 sets heaps of reps 15kg
Leg curls 3 sets 10 8/20 light as moving up in weight
Single leg press (maxed out the weight with two so im using 1)
80kg 3 sets 10

Stepped on scale today weight is73.5kg .
I dont notice my gains well cos i see my self every day but have been getting some good comments lately like " im gettingbroad shoulders" also according to my cousin i been on the roids​:joy::joy::joy:
