i also bought every supplement on the market when i started lifting. test boosters, NO supplements, a dozen vitamin products, i obsessed about what form of creatine was best. I never avoided carbs though. I was a skinny kid, so that was never a thing for me.
I also used to drink a lot of shakes. I can’t remember the last time I had one. And yea, nothing wrong with them. Just not what I do anymore.
