Dropping a few...Meltdown Input needed

I go back to school on January 7th and Volleyball practices start on the 3rd. I want to reduce my weight a little starting next week and was wondering what the severity of D.O.M.S. was during meltdown training? I don’t want to be sore while enduring practices. What about general fatigue rate? I won’t need to do the death circuits because of practice.

All other aspects (except flexibilty) are above average (strength, power, etc) and I just want to loose a couple pounds to take the pressure off my ankles/shins.

Assume diet and rest are in order. I’ll be using Vitex and ZMA as well. Stimulants are genrally banned substances.
