Drinking and eating

I know drinking isnt good and will not help my gains but it is something I enjoy and I like to balance all things I enjoy in life so I will not stop soing it. My question is if I am following the meal seperation techniques from massive eating then should my last meal before a night I know I am going to drink be a protein carb meal or a protein fat meal? Should I have any meal after drinking? If so what kind? Thanks!

Come on please someone has to know the answer to this question even if you dont condone the policy.

I’d go with a protein/carb meal before a bender, I’ve found that I get less intoxicated with some carbs in me, stomach feels better the next day to. Drink up. outlaw.

Conversely, fat will slow the alcohol absorption, so maybe protein/fat/carb (after all, you’re going to go drinking, so I doubt that breaking the massive eating mantra for one meal will have a significant impact).
