Just curious to everyones opinions on who’s knowledge they respect more and has helped them more in their progress, Dr. DiPasquale or Serrano. I know Poliquin said in a seminar that Dr. DiPasquale is the most intelligent man he’s ever met. Who’s used the Metabolic/Anabolic Diet with success to achieve ultra low bodyfat and who’s used Serrano’s technique of Super High Protein, moderate fat and low carbs for the same goal. Which technique is best, I read everything from both Doctors and can’t decide who to stick with.
I can’t say which one has better info but my recommendation is to learn all you can from both of them and based upon what you learn and what you apply in your own life you’ll be able to come up with the answers. The art of physical enhancement is not all that cut and dried…you have to take bits and pieces of information everywhere you can find them and learn enough to be able to make your own judgments.
The two have more or less the same diet strategies. Serrano seems to prioritize individual programs as opposed to a “one-size-fits-all” diet. DiPasquale is more thorough in referencing, Serrano works more from experiences with his athletes and clients.
Both docs get their job done - which is creating results - I would try both and see what is best for you. However, I would think it would be hard for you to get Dr. Serrano’s recommendations without him getting specifics from you first.
