Dr D,
i can vaguely recall you once writing about you helping 1500 meter runner Sydney Maree in his recovery from injury , which culminated in him breaking the World Record in the 1500.
Can you recall either the article or event , as i thought it was a great story which emphasised the importance of recovery.

I believe Roger Schwab in Philadelphia influenced Maree and his training. I may have met him, but I never worked with him one on one.
