HI Dr. Darden
I wanted to say hello and Thank you. We met almost 50 years ago. I was a student at Deland High school which was provided a full Nautilus circuit by Arthur Jones. At the time my coach, Coach Mclaughlin, was amazed by my gains and work ethic with the machines. He introduced me to Mr. Jones and I met you a few times. You were always so kind and gnerous with your time and information. I have not stopped exercising since and it is my vocation. It does cause some arguments when people come to with the latest diet and exercise info. I always argue your methods are surperior and backed by science. Thank you for the inspiration and sparking a passion.
