Have you actually seen one of these creatures in real life?

Surely that picture has to have been photoshopped.

Because you think little kids aren’t looking at these same photos we laugh at and thinking women actually want over-tanned jackasses with spiked/gelled hair and lip gloss?

I guess it was only a matter of time before that happened. These are the same guys I used to see late at night on a Friday running into the gym with their club clothes on so they could do a few quick sets in order to hit the club with a pump.

Frankly, if you have to pump up or use Preparation H right before you hit the club, you don’t have enough muscle in the first place. The lights are off and bulbs are flashing…yet these douches act like they are detailing a car before they go in.

hit the clubs on fri. nignt were i live you’ll see dozens of these morons

ive thought about hitting the gym before i go the beach so that id look bigger. ive never heard of the preparation H thing before though.

honestly when you go to the club or anywhere else for that matter with the sole intention of just meeting chicks to hook up with then i dont see what the big deal is. (im talking about small things, not being a guido douchebag- i fuckin hate guidos) its funny how most in here lift for the purpose of “looking good” but shake their heads at methods which are used to do just that.

i swear to god if Biotest came out with something you rub on your skin to reduce bloating and make you look more defined half you fuckers would buy that shit.

i would laugh and say “good post brah!”

but then i realised that i to set the self timer on my camera to take front double biceps pictures.

i to, am a douchebag.

Setting the timer to take a picture of yourself in a bodybuilding pose is perfectly acceptable.

At least that’s what I keep telling myself.

Yeah, the difference is the lifestyle. I wouldn’t think twice of some guy who was a serious trainer being a little obsessive about shit like this…but the ones doing this are like that skinny club kid who got synthol put into his arms. They don’t actually work out seriously, they just want other people to think they do.

Not only that, but bodybuilders only do this ON STAGE because every single detail of their body is going to be judged. I doubt even Victor Martinez would give a shit about putting Prep H on before going out at night.

I think the difference is that he doesn’t need to and everybody knows it.

thats cool that victor martinez doesnt need to but guess what, im not victor martinez and theres less than a handful on this site who are anywhere close.

to me saying that doing something to change your appearance, like getting pumped before the beach because you arent “that big” is like saying oh you shouldnt lift these weights cause you arent big. both are ways of improving appearance. the only difference is one method is more temporary than the other.

i hate the fake tans and blowouts, i hate the girls who either have bleach blone hair or jet black hair, or the ones who have half and half. i think its extremely ugly so whatever ill make of you for doing it. but really i cant find fault in doing something which i also do. i want to look bigger, i want to look more ripped, so i cant hate on somebody for doing that. if you think you can get away with just going ot the gym ONLY before clubs or beaches then youre an idiot, but if you go to the gym consistently and only use that stuff as a little extra, then whatever its all good cause theres nothing wrong with looking good.

in the end it all boils down to the same thing. i know ill catch some riff for this but bodybuilding is basically the same as a beauty pageant. one may be more physically demanding than the other but in the end its just about who looks better in a bathing suit. i hear you that bodybuilders only do it on stage, but for the rest of us who arent bodybuilders but still train like them the beach, pool, bedroom or club is our stage.

Then you put the time in and gain the results that allow you to not have to either. I don’t have to pump up before I go out. I don’t feel the need because I don’t need to do anything extra to “look big”.

I put this on the same level as wearing elevator shoes so you look taller…or a guy wearing make-up.

If 50 push ups are making that much a difference to where 15min ago, no one thought you worked out…but NOW they think you’re the Hulk, something is wrong.

Also, I understand WHY teenagers do this…but hopefully they grow out of it quickly. It isn’t fooling anyone.

Using last minute touch up techniques from bodybuilders to create something false isn’t like those in contest shape who do it to expose what they worked hard for. It also doesn’t make that much of a difference unless you are extremely lean in the first place…so why would they even need it in a poorly lit club?

For some reason getting “pumped up” to go to the beach/club would weird me out if I ever found out a friend did it. (Or the prep H thing)

I think the difference is that it’s fake. I work out to improve my appearance, yes, but I also work out for the health benifits. Pumping up before you go to the club has no health benifit. It’s just a temporary thing you can do to pretend to be something that you’re not.

I guess if I wanted to go to a club and just impress women enough to sleep with them and take off, maybe, and I guess thats probably what these people have in mind. It wouldn’t be genuine at all, I wouldnt be myself at all, i’d just be some kid who pretends to have bigger muscles than I do.

I dunno, it’s probably stupid to expect any level of sincerity when you go to a club, so i’m probably off base.

well i dont lift for health, i dont care about health. i lift for looks. like i said ive never done this stuff myself, but i dont have a problem with it. you dont look for your wife at a club and if you are then youre fucking retarded.

i still stand by bodybuilders using these same meausres being just as guilty as some guido going to the beach. they both trot around in fake tans, they both use methods to make themselves appear as big as possible. throwing on a pound of bronzer and babyoil is just as “false” as using prep h and doing a couple sets of benching benching and curls before the beach. i dont have anything against either one…well i think guidos are definately bigger douchebags…but seriously their fake tan doesnt come off the next day and they get their damn eyebrows done.

if you gotta hit the gym 10 mins before the beach to get laid, go for it. i dont care do you.

In a fucked up way, I’m too lazy to do all that getting “pumped up” or using Prep H. I’d rather just be jacked.

Much easier.

whos advocating not hitting the gym?

You think just like me. I would rather be big and strong than go through the hard work of making people think I am. Honestly, I wear XL shirts right now sometimes just so I don’t look big.
