I added neck curls to my training.
I now only do Kettlebell Clean and Press and Neck Curls.
I find that the clean and press already works the back of the neck a lot, so with neck curls I complete the neck training. The only thing I’m missing is quads and lower chest a bit, But I don’t really care about that much. Just want to look cool and be strong.

I have 2 antipsychotics as well which I will keep taking.
I think the manic depressive is a misdiagnosis.

Currently I’m doing over 20 set per day of Kettlebell Clean and Press
It hurts my hand sometimes.

The cut is going well… But I am not really losing weight. It seems that I am recomping after quitting depakote. I am currently 80 kg.
