Front hold PR 20 kg for about 14 seconds. The last PR was 9 seconds!

How ive been training lately is, I will do reps of kettlebell clean, then press, then front squat

It’s like the kettlebell armour building complex but I go by feel and do each exercise at once instead of reps.

I might test my deadlift again soon. I think 220 kg should be easy now.

I am now only doing the Kettlebell Clean and Press.

I think it’s the only thing I need to do to be fit.

I do it daily with lots of volume.
