55 kg strict curl
Double 20 kg kettlebell strict press almost 16 reps
Goblet Squats double 20 kg kettlebell heel elevated 8 reps
My current plan on my bulk, Quit smoking
Building my body with these exercises so I can get legs and posterior chain very strong first with swings and goblet squat. When I am 90 to 100 kg I want to deadlift again. I believe I can reach 90 kg within 3 months, But I am not sure as the weight gain is already stalling a bit⦠This is the reason why Ive quit tabacco as well, it makes me skinnier with less mass so I got rid of the tabacco. Iām giving it to my friend who smokes tabacco.
I am doing a quick fat loss period where I drink 3 liters skimmed milk per day along with healthy foods.
After that I will bulk at a slower pace. I gained too much fat for my liking.
I keep making PRs on goblet squat. Does this have good carry over to deadlift?
And yeah I am pretty weak at squatting, I am working on it.
I am for now only training everyday: Kettlebell Goblet Squats, Kettlebell Strict Press, and Ring Chinups
With the main focus being on the squats to get rid of weaknesses
Does this have good carry over to deadlift?
I would call these a kettlebell front squat, vs a goblet squat. Goblet squat is single kettlebell, holding it, well, like a goblet, where the weight goes in front of of you in the middle.
Is the stance youāre using for this squat similar to the stance you deadlift from?
I did a PR of 20 reps just now with 2 20 kg kettlebells, i was stronger because someone was filming
I think my quads are weak point for deadlift? Because the sticking point seems there
I am using the exercise to strengthen my quads and glutes
