Do you want to know how strong you are?
Or, do you want to be strong?

Single maxes are a poor method of getting stronger. For deadlift improvement, IMO, do weekly 4 or 5 rep maxes (2 or 3 sets) that never go to failure. You are not interested in learning how to miss. As you get stronger, you might make more progress going heavy every other week.

Thanks, I adjusted my routine.
Now deadlift 1 x 4-6 1-2x per week at the gym, along with Barbell Rows and Back Extensions
And KB Swingd and Ring Chinups, grippers at home daily

IMO, you are advanced enough that you cannot recover sufficiently to deadlift heavy twice a week. If you ā€œmustā€ deadlift twice a week, the light day should be no more than 50% of your 1 rep max for 8 to10 reps.

I feel like I finally have enough back muscle to do the Bruce Lee pose. ( I am not anywhere near as lean as Bruce Lee though hahaha )

Front hold 5 seconds with 20 kg Kettlebell.
This is my first time doing this exercise, I am not sure how good this is.
