Weighted Pullups 40 kg x 5, the range of motion was poor though

I wanted to max out on front squats but I pulled my abs :frowning:

I think its my right obelique which I injured, im taking arest day

The muscle is already recovered

I am not the smartest person here. But, let me suggest to keep an eye on your bulking. From personal experience it is a lot easier putting it on than taking it off.

Aside from that, your kettlebell work is impressive. Good work!

I did double 32 kg strict press x 6, did not record this set

17 pullups while weighing 84 kg

Towel Curl 52 kg x 3

32 kg Kettlebell row 30 reps each hand

Going to cut a bit again the fat gain is out of hand haha
