I wanted to max out on front squats but I pulled my abs ![]()
I think its my right obelique which I injured, im taking arest day
The muscle is already recovered

5 Rounds, cardio is holding me back
I am not the smartest person here. But, let me suggest to keep an eye on your bulking. From personal experience it is a lot easier putting it on than taking it off.

Yeah thats true
Ill keep trying to eat 4000+ calories daily, but then without the chocolate milk since it was giving me issues.
I did double 32 kg strict press x 6, did not record this set
Going to cut a bit again the fat gain is out of hand haha
