Been feeling very tired, Ill see if the antipsychotics can be reduced a bit.

Alright ive decided to just focus on weighted pullups.

Weigthed Pullup 40 kg x 5

Trying one arm pullups at a fat bodyweight

Tried it with lighter clothes.

Guess I will have to either lose some fat or get stronger, or both

My new approach to pullups:

Greasing the groove with 3 explosive bodyweight pullups

Weighted only when im feeling strong
