Ive switched to a diet of moslty fruits, with dinner once per day

And ive stopped drinking caffeine, now I just drink water or vegetable juice

Training now I added Hanging Leg Raises to complement the kettlebell clean and press

Down some more fat. I’m definitely sticking to double kettlebell clean and press, it’s become my favorite movement.

Been eating what I want and getting leaner, no more force feeding my self or under eating.

But I will raise my protein intake
