Been doing double kettlebell Front Squats today

Doing with just double 20 kg front squats now, will go to double 32 kg when I get stronger.

So first, I’m sorry you’re dealing with schizophrenia. I can’t think of much that sucks more than that. Second, I want to point out that while the nicotine is indeed focus-improving, something else smoking cigarettes offers could be called ā€œmindfulness,ā€ which is perhaps the greater component in its touted stress reduction. You are no longer focused on whatever is going on in your head (whether due to schizophrenia or stress or whatever), you’re now focused on the process of smoking - preparing it, beginning the cig, managing the ash, etc. If you decide to quit (and I’m not suggesting you should - take care of yourself in whatever way you see fit) a thing to remember is that you’ll have to address this non-substance piece. So should you decide to try the patches or gum or what have you, remember to also replace the ritual. Make a cup of tea, mess with legos, stretch, eat string cheese - doesn’t matter, as long as you find something to busy yourself with, the way you do cigarettes.

Smoking provides a distraction from things going on inside or outside your head, and is also often the only deep breathing smokers do. Bear it in mind!

Have you tried nicotine gum/pouches/patches instead of cigarettes?

Alright I believe my neck is healed.
Today I will attempt 220 kg for a double with the Deadlift. This time, the difference is my bodyweight is much lighter then the last time I was deadlifting. I think I got this anyway.
The reason I am going for a double is that I don’t want to potentially make a fool out of my self at the gym by just loading up a heavy deadlift, failing, and leaving :rofl:

Also something I noticed about my neck with the kettlebell swings is, the neck gets developed in a different way then with direct neck work like flexion and extension. It like when I breathe very hard for the Kettlebell Swing, I think that gives the neck a more lean and dense look? Instead of puffy muscle

But yeah I am not doing direct neck work again because I egolift with everything so that’s not a good idea for me haha.

Actually might just do the Deadlift tommorow, I have an appointment today with mental health worker.

Update on the fat loss ! It’s going well with the kettlebell swings, I take lots of walks as well.

Diet could be better though.

I got some creatine and vitamin d3 now for winter !
Last time I used creatine I became 3 to 4 kg heavier, so I expect good results from it again.

Yeah I feel the creatine already, I got some fish oil as well now.

I have been walking a lot, and doing swings.

Trying to get lean.

First time in long time deadlift again

I managed 220 kg once at 74 kg bodyweight

I wanted to hit it for a double but it wasn’t there, I have only slept 3 hrs
