Neck Extension 32 kg x 11
I simplified my training.
Now my training is just doing Greasing the Groove with Double Kettlebell Clean and Press
Mostly singles with the 32 kg bells. I am also losing weight, I wonder what physique this type of training brings with a low bodyfat percentage.

How many grams of protein are you taking in a day? Should be around 2 per kilo
Not enough recently, today I did take more protein though

edit: Still clean and press as well but added swings
Iām quitting the neck training, it feels unsafe. Just doing double Clean and Press now

Alright just swings now⦠And I will deadlift once again in a few weeks when my neck is recovered ( I messed it up with the stupid neck exercises )
I am losing weight again. I am currently 72 to 73 kg and my goal weight is 68 kg.
Not counting calories, just walking and doing Kettlebell Swings with 32 kg.
Here is an video from about 1-2 months back where I was 68.5 kg. Now I want to reach 68 kg.

Once my neck is healed I will deadlift again.
