Iām going to try and get strong at the 32 kg bells without bulking ! I want good relative strength.
With frequent training it should be possible.
Iām training with the Captains of Crush grippers again along with the clean and press.
Heres a 2.5 close from a month back when I weighed only 68-69 kg.

The 32ās are too heavy for you for regular ABC training. The reps should be cleaner and smoother. Thatās not a knock; theyāre too heavy for me too for typical training. Dan John recommends 24ās for even the strongest for regular ABC training, and when you want to test to go for the heavier weight. Another option is to occasionally mix in an ABC with the 32ās, but do your main volume with the 24ās.
Yeah, I find the 20 kg too light now. I donāt have 24 kg bells
