Alright, time to give the Kettlebell Clean and Press the full focus of my training.
I was already doing mostly clean and press, but now it will become 100% of my training.
Day 76 of abstinence for me. It is working amazingly well for my energy levels and fitness. The first few weeks of this streak I noticed the most changes. Then things kind of stayed the same, up until yesterday where I notice great changes from it again.
My voice has clearly gotten deeper from this practice as well. You can check back in the old video on day 42 I made.

Solid dude! Were these 1-hand or 2-hand swings?
Iāve recently added AXE kettlebell for 10-20minutes just 3-4reps EMOM 1-handed swings and have noticed really good hinge strength. Iām up to a 40kg KB on them. (I donāt own any KBs but my friend owns a KB club, so I go there when I can. But he lent me a 70# bell, in which Iāve done volume with that one eg 1-hand swings).
Two handed. Itās a T handle adjustable. Itās in the Products We Like section. Pretty slick setup. Used 5 25lb plates, it weighs 5lb, so I guess it was actually 130lbs. Good workout, think it really helped my DL
I ordered a second 32 kg kettlebell !
I notice the first few sets of the day are the hardest, then the more I do it the better it starts feeling.
