I did not manage to set PRs today on weighted chinup and decline pushup.
My physique is looking better now though. 73 kg
I went back to doing Kettlebell Swings and Decline Pushups with high volume.
Itās best for me not to write all these routines, Ill just end up training how I want anyway haha.
I have finally ordered a 32 kg kettlebell !!
For swings, but I will try to press it as soon as I have it

I wanted to do 1000 kettlebell swings with 20 kg in one video.
But I started getting a wierd bone like pain in my right hand. So I stopped at 600. It took 1 hour and 31 minutes.
I am now just focusing again on pulling movements.
I am doing double kettlebell swings with two kettlebells of 20 kg, weighted pullups, and sometimes I will deadlift.
I also ordered a 32 kg kettlebell but it hasnāt arrived yet.
The reason I train like this is because it just seems the most fun to me.
The 32 kg kettlebell has arrived!
I instantly decided to try and do a weighted chinup with 52 kg, and I did it !
