Pullups 5 sets
Rear Delt 3 sets of 12 or more reps

I just did Bench Press at the gym
I did warm up sets, then 80 kg x 3 ( no spotted maybe could have done 4 or 5 ) , then some drop sets.
I havent bench press in years. Itās pretty weak. I will work on it. At least it felt good and smooth.

Last time I only managed 80 kg for 3 reps, but this was without a spotter. I am hoping for at least 5 reps with 80 kg now.

Incline Bench Press
build up to 70 kg x 3, then dropset 40 kg x 12
3 sets of incline dumbbell bench press with 20 kg
Barbell row 60 kg x 12, 80 kg x 8, 90 kg x 6
1 set of pushups
