Hey I went psychotic and deleted my YouTube videos and channel and went offline for a while. I am fine now. I no longer have depakote and I now have more antipsychotics instead. I am getting leaner by the day.
I am currently 68.5 kg. I am not sure what I weighed before but I think like 77 to 78 kg.
I have not lost any strength. Maybe I lost a bit of pressing strength.’
I may do some deadlifting at 9 am.
My training is currently just Kettlebell Swings and lots of walking.
Go protein heavy. 2 grams per kilo at least.
I’m going to start eating more eggs.

My physique has leveled up. I think it’s because i’m now doing abstinence for 42 days, the muscles become harder from it. It has to do with androgen receptors, they become more sensitive when you are celibate. I am sure of this.
Now my training is mostly Pushups and Kettlebell swings.
The reason I had deleted the YouTube channel is because I went psychotic after smoking 2 joints. Now I made a new YouTube channel where I do calisthenics and kettlebell swings. I have quit weed for a while now.
My loving, and very sex wife, would divorce me if I tried the abstinence route for more than a couple of days ![]()
I love the combination of Pushups and Kettlebell Swings done everyday for getting lean, it really works like magic
Just Pushups and Band Pullaparts, started doing it 3 days ago.
