I just discovered that Cottage Cheese is still very cheap in the Netherlands after all the price increases of the other foods !!! I will eat 7 packages cottage cheese per day now !!! Thats over 168 grams of protein for 7 euros !!! I cannot believe it !!!
Do be advised youāll be taking in about 130% of your calcium requirements from cottage cheese alone with such an approach. Calcium and magnesium both compete for absorption, as does iron. I like cottage cheese as well, but when we eat a lot of just one food, interesting things can happen.

Every day I do not count the sets. Sometimes a lot like 20+ sets, sometimes less

You should get/make a bench to get bigger range of motion on pullovers and other excercises, good thing to have.
A bosu ball or similar implement can work as well. I actually used a keg for a while.
