Back to doing Kettlebell Clean and Push press along with Weighted Pullups, I was sleep deprived so making wierd decision.
Iām going back to the gym⦠I kind of miss itā¦
Every 1-2 days⦠Deadlifts only⦠Want to keep it simple
Just doing Kettlebell Strict Press and Ring Chinups for a while
Did 3 x 3 Deadlifts and it went well but itās not what I want to do anymore and it was kind of boring
I will just do kettlebell swings and pushups⦠My mind has been going nuts changing everything, sorry about that everyone

Donāt have any plan or routine written down right now, Just doing random exercises as I feel like it.
I am 78 kg now. I think If I lose 3 kg fat, or If I gain extra weighted chinup strength, I can do it⦠But I still need to do this training and fat loss. I am impatient with it and I want it now !!! Haha
