I’m going back to the gym… I kind of miss it…

Every 1-2 days… Deadlifts only… Want to keep it simple

Just doing Kettlebell Strict Press and Ring Chinups for a while

Did 3 x 3 Deadlifts and it went well but it’s not what I want to do anymore and it was kind of boring

I will just do kettlebell swings and pushups… My mind has been going nuts changing everything, sorry about that everyone

Ring Chinups 40 kg x 3

I am 78 kg now. I think If I lose 3 kg fat, or If I gain extra weighted chinup strength, I can do it… But I still need to do this training and fat loss. I am impatient with it and I want it now !!! Haha
