Nice squatting.
training 5 to 8pm is a pain in the ass.
I know! Some guy tried to steal my rack while I was changing plates. I have to practice my death stare, complete with laser beams…[/quote]
Thats when you slap him with a plate.

HAHA! Thanks guys for the concern. I’m not sure how much I will be posting on my log in the next few weeks. Without sounding too vague, I’ve run into some health problems that I don’t really want to get into yet because I haven’t even told my family. Hopefully it’s nothing and things will get back to normal soon. I will still be working out, but my first concern is staying healthy. ( :
yikes! hope everything is ok!
Yes, please take care of yourself.
That’s what Chris Issak wants. He told me.
Sending my very best wishes that this is minor stuff, quickly and easily resolved.
Take care of yourself and we hope to see you soon.
Thanks everyone. Hopefully this is a small bump in the road and I will be back posting my workouts soon. I will still be around since I am the queen of Get a Life and to cheer you guys on.

Hope everything is going better or at least on the road to better.

Thanks! I’m hoping things will change for the better soon. To me it seems that I am my own worst enemy and I’m not sure how to turn things around. When things go south in my life, I just plow through and try to ignore problems and that’s a big factor of why I am where I am today.
The best thing I can do is to keep lifting but not grind myself down. I’ve been bummed out that I haven’t benched in three weeks but I hardly have any pain in my shoulder/arm area. But there are still a ton of things I can be doing in the gym to keep me busy.
Hey tear it up…
tear those issues up and be better soonest.

Just keeping your spot warm for you…
