Thursday,

Bike to work and my adorable BF decided that he was picking me up.

Normal upper body session including bi and tri.

Felt good.

Friday,

Leg day, felt good, the shoulder was happy.

So I switch out the goblet squat for back squat. It was giving the shoulder a solid stretch but no pain.

The weather seem nice for the week end.

Finally, a nice. So outdoor pump track. Much different riding. Too crowded to try any fancy stuff. But felt so good to be outside in the sun.

Got this device out yesterday because I am going to figure out how to manual again come hell or high water. So some machine work and some drive way run just for fun.

Easter Sunday,

Went for x country type ride. It was fun but O had the wrong bike because I wanted to bed in the breaks and set up the cockpit.

But the trail bike would have been a better choice.
