Bike to work and my adorable BF decided that he was picking me up.

Felt good.
Friday,
Leg day, felt good, the shoulder was happy.
So I switch out the goblet squat for back squat. It was giving the shoulder a solid stretch but no pain.
The weather seem nice for the week end.
Sunday,
Finally, a nice. So outdoor pump track. Much different riding. Too crowded to try any fancy stuff. But felt so good to be outside in the sun.

Went for x country type ride. It was fun but O had the wrong bike because I wanted to bed in the breaks and set up the cockpit.
But the trail bike would have been a better choice.
