Opening of our local bike park.

Did a few run and them went home and pull the new bike out for some chair lift ride and getting to know the beast.

I may be sore for a couple of days.
But it was fun.

Happy mother’s day

Mbt second real ride. 4 laps, ised the fire road on the last run. I was able to do it on lowest setting, which I have tuned down.

We trided a tech trail, that we use to have to walk a steep, rocky and twisty section. This year we did it all with out putting a foot down on the second try. The first we were not sure where to go over a rock so I ended up in a hole and got stuck but was able to roll out of it.

Can I say, I am happy.

Some good stuff,

When I started to back squat again. I had to place my middle finger on the far knuckling of my bar. Now, I can place my pinky on the inner knuckling.

Last year, I had to use the middle setting on my bike to go up some steep section, this year I can do them multiple time on the lowest setting, that I have tuned down. And I use less battery power per run, So I produce more power on my own.

Saturday

3 lap with the enduro bike. My knee felt good even on the last run up.
My cardio not so much.

It was very heavy with humidity. We ended the last run down with the start of a thunder storm.
